Amazing place close to the beach. Good food, massage close by, jump in the pool or ocean. Enjoy the sun. Not open to bring your own food/drinks. Will come again.

Nested between the ocean and a lagoon "Alejo Playa Encantada" is a great option for those looking for a place to eat with a view to the sea and all the amenities of a beahc club/restaurant. Being a beach club you could enjoy the pools and washrooms, as a restaurant they have seasonal food and all time favourites in a laid back, but efficient manner. A plus for me was the the company of street dogs who randomly make their way from the beach onto the shaded tables.

Absolutely worth a visit! The beach has a huge slope going down right where the water hits land making swimming in the ocean not great. The waves are huge and probably good for surfing though we never saw any. I would not recommend this place if you are looking to swim in the ocean because of the huge slope and huge waves. With that said there is TONS to do here! You can rent four-wheelers and horses by the half-hour for about 300 pesos and 200 pesos respectively. At first, I thought 30 min would be too short but even before my 30 mins was up, i was ready to get out of the sun and under shade. The sun was INTENSE. Bring plenty of sunscreen. The four-wheelers were tons of fun and fast. By default they will walk the horses along the beach with you ontop but if you are an experienced rider and can tell them to let go, they will allow you to ride on your own. The restaurant had great service and great food. Theres a pool which is the best place to cool off though it got filled with kids after about 11am (on a Sunday). The whole place was basically empty before 11am. Overall a fantastic day at the beach! Highly recommend!
